Alexis Robin



Executive Coach, Strategy & Communication Consultant

With 20 years of combined corporate experience and successful entrepreneurship, Alexis specializes in working with leaders in areas of self-awareness, behavioral style and communication. Alexis is best known for delivering and addressing the unvarnished truth in a way that executives are willing to hear. She has been successful at bringing understanding and synergy to under-functioning organizations and teams, which has resulted in improved morale, innovation, and talent retention. Alexis’ clients learn how to clarify what they want, identify what is stopping them, and gain the personal strength to go after their goals with vigor. Her natural ideation and strategic skills help her see solutions where her clients see complex challenges.

Alexis has spent the majority of her consulting years working in the Silicon Valley with senior leaders, executive teams, and start up founders in the fields of technology, hospitality and travel, mortgage, finance, small business, and consumer goods. In the not-for-profit sector she has worked in the areas of health, human services, business development, and the unified school district. In the public sector she has engaged with leadership in local government, transportation district, California Fire Chiefs, and The United States Forest Service.

Alexis has a Master Coach Certification from Martha Beck, Inc. She has a BA in International Relations from the University of San Diego. She has been trained to facilitate The Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 assessment, The Leadership System™, DISC behavioral assessments through Inscape, is a qualified provider of Gallup’s Strength Based Leadership assessment, and the Values in Action (VIA) Character Strengths assessment. Alexis is certified in both Well-being and i2a Strategic Planning coaching methodologies.

In addition to her work with the Coaching Center for Excellence, Alexis is a published author and is a Senior Facilitator for Sounding Board Ink, a strategy-consulting group with a global practice. She also hosts a weekly coaching radio show, The Bright Side.

When she’s not working, you can find Alexis at her home in Lake Tahoe, California, snowboarding, stand-up paddling, and enjoying the great outdoors with her French husband and 10-year-old boy/girl twins.
